Aardelia has taken a selection of mainly whole, raw foods from their datasets.
Atwater calculations have been added to give a ‘BALANCE’ value - a percentage of the foods calorific contribution by Protein, Fat and Carbohydrate.
All values are by 100g of product, macro weights and total kcal are also included.
Various views are available for simplified viewing.
